I am a certified, Licensed Home Inspector.
I am impartial and work for you. I have no affiliations with
contractors or real estate companies. Your interests are my interests
during and after the home inspection. All of my clients are
offered free telephone consultation as long as they own their home. I
encourage you to accompany me during the home inspection. The
process provides an invaluable learning and discovery experience. You
will gain insight to maintenance and energy conservation tailored
specifically to your home. I ensure a comprehensive, fair, independent
and objective evaluation.

home. I continuously update my reports to reflect ASHI's revised and
improved Standards of Practice, which are recognized by consumers and
real estate agents as the professional home inspection standard. Also,

Certified Inspector means I am committed to a continuing education
program.

I do volunteer work for the Greater Nashua Habitat for Humanity. I also volunteered for the U.S. Army (Vietnam veteran), and I served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Morocco.
